The only minor complaint that either of us had was that you could EASILY hear the elevators running up and down for most of the night. The room-darkening shade worked great, especially considering we were facing the east - the morning sunrise was barely noticeable. The window was able to be opened a bit if we had chosen to do so, but the AC cycled perfectly so there was no need. The bathroom had plenty of counter space to allow more than one person to get ready at the same time, and high quality soaps, shampoo and conditioner were supplied. The bed was very comfortable, and all items in the room (small refrigerator, flat screen TV, blow dryer, tub / shower, sink, toilet, lighting and AC unit) were all in excellent working condition.
